Skills: Food safety standards, knowledge of organic regulations, inspection toolsPost-Harvest Technologist / Post-Harvest Quality Manager

Set and monitor post-harvest quality parameters (firmness, moisture, shelf-life) Work on grading packaging, and storage optimization
Analyze produce behavior during transport and storage. So they will be ready for transport to our Retail, Wholesale, export companies.

We define product specifications in writing (size, grade, quality, moisture content, pack size, packaging material) We get all the documention including inspection report, acceptance/rejection terms, payment terms, delivery schedules.

Keep detailed traceability and lot records from harvest to delivery. We ensure food safety controls: HACCP / preventive controls, water monitoring, cleaning, facility design, employee hygiene. Our transparancy on our production is second to none. Our Supply Chain Management is able track FIFO (first in first out) to minimize waste and better cost accounting. 

Rest assure, we will keep good documentation of shipping (temperature logs, condition on arrival) So the Shippers & Customers know that their product is taken care of. From your farm to their table.

As a team we specialize in handling & storing.  To deliver premium-quality fresh products through our Working Fresh program. With a strong focus on cold storage solutions, we ensure that every item maintains its freshness from arrival to final delivery. Our commitment to excellence includes rigorous quality checks, detailed documentation, and transparent reporting. In cases where product quality is compromised—due to issues like temperature damage, spoilage, or physical distress—we take immediate action. We document all quality-distressed products through thorough inspections and photographic evidence to maintain accountability and traceability.

To uphold our standards, we also manage repacking and redelivery processes efficiently. Repacked products are carefully inspected, relabeled, and reissued to meet our strict quality assurance guidelines before they reach their final destination.
